Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ELKO Healthcare account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your refund or replacement.
